Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. Students are given practice in pranayama every day before the commencement of regular classes. For this purpose proper training has been given for all teachers. This helps in energizing them mentally and physically. It also helps them to focus on the present moment, instead of the past or future and students can concentrate in their studies more effectively. It enhances cognitive performance.
Our aim is to bring out the hidden talents in our students. So we arrange separate periods for cultural activities and sports every week.
